Healthy Start : DALIA

        Today's Brunch : DALIA 😋 INGREDIENTS: 1 cup raw dalia 2 cups of water 1 cup milk 1/2 cup sugar 2 spoon of crushed dry fruits ( optional ) 2 crushed cardamom  -  elaichi (optional) 1/2 spoon of cinnamon powder  -  dal chini ( optional ) RECIPE :- Take a pan and add raw dalia in it and roast it until it's color changed to golden brown Add water in it so it will be completely cook and become soft. Cook in a medium flame until the dalia has soaked all the water. Add milk and sugar in it. Cook in a medium flame until it has become little thick. Your dalia is ready. ENJOY!! TIP : ADD DRY FRUITS,CARDAMOM,CINNAMON IN IT.          DECORATE IT WITH SOME CHOPPED DRY FRUITS AND ELAICHI LEAF. THANKU Do like, share and comment for any suggestion and doubt.

Let's make something refeshing in this Lockdown: ENJOY THIS REFRESHING RECIPE Recipe:  Ingredients 1 LEMON  2 SPOON SUGAR  1SPOON OF CRUSHED PUDINA  1/2SPOON BLACK SALT OR WHITE SALT  1/2 GLASS COLD WATER  1/2 GLASS NORMAL WATER FOR DISSOLVING SUGAR Procedure Take a 1/2 glass of normal water to dissolve sugar. Put 2 spoonns of sugar and dissolve it. Add lemon juice,crushed pudina,black salt and 1/2 glass of cold water. Mix well. TIP: YOU CAN ALSO ADD CRUSHED ICE AND ONE SLICE OF LEMON , TWO LEAVES OF PUDINA FOR GARNESHING.
