Healthy Start : DALIA

      Today's Brunch : DALIA 😋












INGREDIENTS:

1 cup raw dalia
2 cups of water
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 spoon of crushed dry fruits ( optional )
2 crushed cardamom  -  elaichi (optional)
1/2 spoon of cinnamon powder  -  dal chini ( optional )


RECIPE:-


  1. Take a pan and add raw dalia in it and roast it until it's color changed to golden brown
  2. Add water in it so it will be completely cook and become soft.
  3. Cook in a medium flame until the dalia has soaked all the water.
  4. Add milk and sugar in it.
  5. Cook in a medium flame until it has become little thick.
  6. Your dalia is ready. ENJOY!!



TIP : ADD DRY FRUITS,CARDAMOM,CINNAMON IN IT.         DECORATE IT WITH SOME CHOPPED DRY FRUITS AND ELAICHI LEAF.
